As a magna cum laude grad of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and former mentee of famed chef Martin Yan, A.J. Faung brings his vast culinary experience to Raleigh’s newest Southeast Asian restaurant and bar. His diverse background has been key to his success as a chef, giving him insight into cooking principles and trends from around the country — and around the world. As head chef at Zinda, Chef Faung is committed to making each dish he creates better than the last.
